A Home Bargains enthusiast has spread the word about the store's latest beauty deal, causing many fans to race towards their nearest shop. Known for its low prices, Home Bargains is a UK favourite for one-stop shopping with bargains galore.

The aisles at Home Bargains frequently receive updates with its cosmetic and skincare section often giving luxe labels a run for their money – without the hefty price tag. Currently, Home Bargains' newest deal is slashing L'Oréal Paris' Hyaluron Expert Eye Serum from £32 to £1.99, reports the Liverpool Echo.

Over on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group, a user named Magdelena showcased a snapshot of the serum perched on a shelf. A "£1.99" sticker can be seen just underneath it - a steal compared to its usual £32 recommended retail price (RRP).

The post has become a sensation among thrift fans and makeup mavens, inciting a wave of likes and friend tags within the comments. Tash requested her pal: "If you see the first one in ours get one please." Karen chimed in with glee: "Thanks for this I picked a couple of last ones on shelf today!"

Kaylie even proposed: "If anyone finds the eye serum would they be willing to post me some will pay postage." Amidst the frenzy, Donna interjected with caution: "Check the expiry dates people theres a reason its this cheap."

The L'Oréal Hyaluron Expert Replumping Serum, which promises to "visibly plump skin in one week", is priced at £11.55 on Amazon. It boasts the ability to "instantly hydrate and smooth out 40% of fine lines within four weeks".

Additionally, it touts "rapid absorption and a non-greasy finish". It's important to point out, though, that L'Oréal Paris has since introduced the 2.5% Hyaluronic Acid and Caffeine Revitalift Filler Eye Serum as an updated version of the Hyaluron Expert Replumping Serum.

This alternative can be found at Sainsbury's for £32 or snagged on Amazon for £25. Boots is offering it at a bargain £15.99, although this reduced price is thanks to a current promotion—its regular price is £32.

However, by shopping at Home Bargains, consumers could make even greater savings compared to other well-known retailers. The serum has prompted plenty of feedback on Amazon, for instance, where a customer named Nada remarked: "The freshness of the skin, a wonderful texture and a wonderful smell."

Another customer rated it highly, stating: "One of the best serums on the market. Totally recommend it. Thanks Amazon." On the other hand, Radwa had mixed feelings: "It is like a beautiful moisturiser, but the oil is very small, smaller than I imagined and its price is exaggerated."

It comes as Home Bargains has reduced the price of a 'go-to for glowing skin' product by 66%. A 14-pack of Beauty and Co Marine Collagen Gel Sachets is now just £9.99 – an enticing reduction from the original price tag of £29.99.
