Sesame Street Live
What: Want to make your childhood dream come true? Sesame Street is coming to a city near you. Say hello to Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster and their friends as they perform Sesame Street Live. This is a fun-filled, kid-friendly night with singing, dancing and a game of hide-and-seek.

A Concert of Hope for Our Time
What: Masterworks Choir will conclude its 46th season in Florence at its spring concert. The concert will include performances of Beethoven’s “Choral Fantasy” from Benjamin Ford as a piano soloist and “Requiem for the Living” by South Carolina composer Dan Forrest.
The Masterworks Choir will perform May 18.
When: May 18, 2025 at 5 p.m.

FSO Rocks 2025
What: Florence Symphony Orchestra is bringing back their annual classic rock concert with a night filled with high energy and loud music. Joel Hoekstra, guitarist for Cher, Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Whitesnake, will play alongside vocalists Fran Coleman, Elena Flores, Cole Davis, and Eric Thompson. VIP tickets include a pre-concert party with hors d'oeuvres and drinks.

BirdFest Music Festival
What: BirdFest Music Festival an annual two-day, family-friendly event that consists of live bands, food trucks, and a kid zone for children to enjoy a petting zoo, bouncy houses, face painting and other fun activities. The program includes Steep Canyon Rangers, a country band out of North Carolina, and music from local artists. There will be a contest for bands and solo artists to showcase their talent.

Florence After 5
What: Kicking off its 15th season, Florence After 5 announced their 2025 dates and lineup beginning with their first block party in April. The block party is held the last Friday of each month from April to September and features food trucks, retailers and a band performing live music. The Catalinas, a rock band out of Charlotte, NC will perform at the first Florence After 5 in 2025.
When: April 25, 2025 from 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Music of the Knights
What: Music of the Knights will be filled with music by the Florence Symphony Orchestra and guest broadway singers that are performing Music of the Knights. The concert will feature music from British songwriters Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, Sir Elton John and Sir Paul McCartney.

South Carolina Dance Theatre Spring Showcase
What: Looking for a night filled with ballerina dancing? The South Carolina Dance Theatre Spring Showcase is a two-day ballet showcase featuring classical and contemporary ballet. Refreshments will be served on Saturday with their ballerina dancers.

Line Drive Concert: Prince and Michael Jackson Tribute
What: Florence is kicking off its Line Drive Concert Series with music from Prince and Michael Jackson. The Marshall Charloff Purple Experience will celebrate 15 years of music and perform hits with live music.
